Looks like an error 0404. Is there a list of errors in one of the avaya publications I can download? I've looked at the "MERLIN LEGEND® Communications System: administration and System Programming" as well as the FAQ but could not find a list.

The routing table is working now, so the problem is no more.
FYI,
We are receiving the last three digits of the number dialed. So we are receiving xxx.
Route entry 0 works and the extension numbers match the one dial range (we are not using numbers in the second dial range). I am trying to verify they are sending 3 digits, but if they were not, would Route 0 work?
Route entries 1,2,3 do not work.
I entered tables 1,2, & 3. So you are telling me that as long as the vender is sending 3 digits, my table entries should work as I thought. The numbers are definitly coming in on the PRI line, but are being dumped to the operator. Can you think of any reason why that would happen?

Well, feature 56 will transfer the call to the extension, which then rings three times before going to VM. Everyone else can transfer directly into VM without the extension ringing - everyone except the operator. Any ideas of what that could be?
We have a Merlin Legend system, R7 I believe. When the operator tries to transfer a call to VM (Audix) using #56, it does not work. What is the best way for the operator to transfer a call directly to VM?
We have Lucent CAS for windows v2.2B and would like to modify the rate table as well as tell the software not to charge for 888 & 866 toll free numbers. Is there anyway we can do either of these items or would we have to go through Lucent.
