    Thank trvlr - this is not a toll free number. It is an internal route used for overflow calls from a third party.

    Thanks Utreg! 5410 is not in our DDI range (ddi's are 5000 - 5301) and it is refered to directly in the Master script via a Route Call 5410. Will try the call by call stats to see if I can see anything there. Good idea thanks!

    OK I have just figure this out, this was a TCP/IP problem on my Server. Restared the program that was having the TCP problems and can now authenticate onto OTM again. May come in handy if anyone else has this problem in the future! Thanks x TJ x
