Hi All

I have a historic (pre-dates my time on this system) CDN in my Symposium scripts for which I need to find the DDI which routes to this CDN.

I have checked the Symp stats and I definatly have calls comming in on that CDN.

No sign of the CDN in the IDC table (Ld 49) and get the following in ld 23:

REQ prt
TYPE CDN
CUST 0
CDN 5410

TYPE CDN
CUST 0
CDN 5410
FRRT
SRRT
FROA NO
MURT
DFDN 7200
CEIL 2047
OVFL NO
TDNS NO
RPRT YES
AACQ YES
ASID 16
SFNB
USFB 1 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 11 12 13 14 15
CALB 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12
CNTL YES
VSID
HSID
CWTH 1
BYTH 0
OVTH 2047
ACNT

There are no entries in CallPilot SD table either.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Tammi

Is 5410 in your Direct Dial-In range? Could be customers dial this number directly? In this case you can run a 'DNIS Statistics' report to conclude the CDN is the DDI.

Or is 5410 specified in another script (via statement 'Route Call 5410' to redirect calls)?

Or to dig in deeper run a 'Call By Call Statistics' report, search for your CDN and see the related DNIS (if any).

Thanks Utreg!

5410 is not in our DDI range (ddi's are 5000 - 5301) and it is refered to directly in the Master script via a Route Call 5410.

Will try the call by call stats to see if I can see anything there. Good idea thanks!

It might be worth printing an entire TNB and using a text editor to do a "find" 5410

Or, look at all phantoms and ACDNs to see if it is in DCFW or NCFW

If this is a toll free #, call the Telco and ask for the DNIS digits they are sending you. With that information you should be able to trace in from point of entry to the loop. Also, during quiet time, check all incoming trunks, make a call to the number and check them again, the trunks that are now active on the second print should be yours. Hopefully not many calls if any inbound, Trace the individual trunks through LD 80, that should give you a little more information too.

Thank trvlr - this is not a toll free number. It is an internal route used for overflow calls from a third party.

GHTROUT - Just did an entire prt of all TNB's and searched for CDN - no records found! D'oh!

I was sure there was going to be a CFW somewhere!

So how is the 3rd party getting the calls to you? Is that scripted in Symposium, or can they tell you what they are "dialing" to get to you?

Well we could approach them and ask them, however, there are politcal reasons as to why I am not able to do that.... dont ask! Office politics - I just want to do my job!!!! waaahhh!!

Just found a brief bit of old documentation which lists the CDN as 67-5410. Does anyone know the relevance of the 67?

Thanks Buddy - No act since no date. So no entry for 67!

There may be a voice menu application in CallPilot that sends the caller to the CDN. I know of no easy way to find that except by looking at each application in AppBuilder for a transfer item to that DN.

I don't get the whole no Symposium information thing. The answer is there as it is acquired. No reason to grab at straws. I would DFDN that CDN to a q I was the only one in and ask the caller wtf they dialed.

Well, cracked it at last! Rightly so there is no DN associated - third party is routing it through a back door on their lease line. So voip routing direct to CDN!

Thank you for all your help everyone!
