    Internet Explorer Missing Images "x"

    I have Win 98 Pentium III with IE5.5 I noticed a few references to software that stops ad popups etc. On looking back, I think my problem firt started after installing Google's Toolbar to stop ads etc. I've no idea how to uninstall it. Will try documented fix(es) and report back.
