I have created a report using Crystal Reports Professional v6. It comprises several data fields imported from Remedy. The report is fine except when one one field in particular in Remedy is blank. This causes Crystal Reports to copy the previous field entry into the blank one.

If you go into Remedy and type something into this field and then delete it the report then reruns OK. Is this Crystal or Remedy?

Go to file options and see the "convert null field values to default" checkbox. Change it, and rerun the report and see what happens. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Unfortunately this made no difference. It only happens with this one field.

Must have tried the wrong option. Amended in File report Options rather than File options and all is OK. Thanks
