    SQL server 2000 for IA64

    Not sure if this helps: I just set up a Windows Server running Windows Server 2003 Standard SP1 x64 (non-Itanium) with SQL Server 2000 Standard SP4. I used the /x86/setup/ directories for installation and subsequent upgrade to SP4. 32-bit SQL is running under WOW64 just fine.
