    I have Nortel Meridian Systems Option 61c I have created an ACD # and foward it to an external number but when someone calls from the outside it goes to the operator. what am I missing?

    all my bb calenders are still of an hour from DST is there a patch so I sync. the outlook calander and BB calander which is an hour off. the phone shows the right time but the calander is off by an hour.
