I know I can do list meas trunk hourly and get the past 24 hours of detailed info, but is there anyway to get that same data for a historic period like last month?

Turns out the MGC card needed to be reseated.

I have set up cdr successfully on one of my pseudo tty's. I also changed it to another cable of the octopuss cable tried to set it up on tty 5.

I have disabled and enabled the tty a few times and that doesn't correct it. There are no errors coming out of it.

I have a buffer box that has stopped collecting calls so I want to verify that CDR is coming out of the TTY that has been plugged in to it. I have verified that CDR is turned on on all the routes. I have verified that CDR_DATA has port 4 set, and verified that tty4 is set for cty. I tried...

Was trying to out a phone and found that it was in a group hunt list. I tried all types of combinations of entry number and x and xx at teh stor prompt and nothing removed it. Finally changed the number in the list, but now I have a non-DID crazy number in the list.

Does anyone know of any security training classes that have to do with voice systems not VoIP? All I can find through google are for routers and switches or VoIP.

What is the CTServer Snapshot folder, is that where the mailboxes are stored? That's what's taking up all the space.

ok, inside my temp folder there are some other folders named CP8fjfhrk or whatever letter/number combinations. Those folders have some dlls and other files in them they were last modified a long time ago, those are ok to delete?

I am deleting 600 users that haven't logged in during the last 2 months, then I will change the remaining users to delete messages after 10 days. How can I free up space on the drive now? How can i tell if I'm backing up the D drive? Is that where all the messages are stored?

Ok, just checked my hardrives and the D drive is almost full, E and F are about 25-30% or so. Do all the messages write to the first drive, if so what folder? Can I explore and delete files that with an old modified date? I didn't see any folders that were very large and the drive is 32G.
