Ok, not to sound too stupid. Where would I find the audio gain control? Is this a software change? Our phones 5410 & 5420's do not have anything on the handsets. Thnx!
We currently have a 16 DS port. We have only been using this for a couple of people because of all the issues. If we only do a handful at a time, it seems to be better. Thanks for the info.
We are on a V406, and are using contact store. When we turn recording on, we have a few people who experience fading in and out while on the phone. Has anyone seen this or have any idea what the cause could be? Thanks!
IPOUK - thanks. We do have the avaya config with DTMFF, the Castelle config is DID. We checked the log and we are seeing a ton of "no digits", some with too many digits and some go through. But 75% fail. We tried Castelle with 'DTMF' but difference. Any thoughts?
We are experiencing issues with our Castelle Fax Press 5000 8 port Server. The issues are on Inbound calls, they are misdirected and sometimes show failed. Outbound for the most part is fine, on occassion we do have misdirected faxes. Our Fax Server lines are setup as DTMFF, we tried DTMFB but...
We have a few agents that are members of 2 different hunt groups. When looking at the call stats, it looks like the calls are counted twice (once for each hunt group). Does anyone know a work around this? We have 2 different hunt groups because to separate 2 different companies. Thanks!
I am trying to find a report that will show me all calls coming into my switch with Caller Id and the destination ext. I am having trouble with the Call Reporting Reports (weak). Any help would be appreciated.
