Im having trouble getting the bcm to see the trunk portion of the 4x16 module.Ive taken it out and reset the dipswitches,enabled and disabled bus 1 and 2.My station portion is working just fine..Any clues????? Thanks Mike

Thanks Marshall Im new to the bcm and your post was very helpful..I only have 2 seats for Ip phones and I am using 1 desktop ip phone and 3 softphones..Sooooo I can only use 1 softphone at a time.I am going to get more keycodes in order for all our techs to be able to be on at the same...

Im tring to set up several softphones on the bcm 200.I can connect,but only 1 soft phone at a time any clues????? The bcm shows the configuration of all the softphones and when I try to connect with more than 1 phone,the phone says no ports available.Do I need to get a differant key code?Thanks

Thanks for all the responces.I came in "Fresh" today and followed the advice everyone sent and amazingly it all went to work.I pulled the 4x16 out and reset the dip switches and it worked.Thanks again and Im sure Ill have more questions later!!! MikeH

Help....Ive just started working on the bcm 200 and Im lost.Ive worked with other pbx's but this is a different animal.I have the manuel but it doesnt make much sence.I have a 4x16 media moduel and I cannot get the co lines (which are loop start) to work..Thanks for any help
