Hello All,
I know that this has been probably asked before but searching through I haven't found it resolved and I know that backdoor passwords are frowned upon etc....... So here goes. We need to move our Ops office temporarily to our old office which we haven't used since 2006 and we want to...
RMXRider,
Many moons ago I had a similar problem on a few lines, and the ringers were directly wired to the line on the 2565 sets and there where a bunch of e1a ringers all over the place to boot... they totaled abot 18 ringers in all and were barely doing their job and loading the line down...
Another thing to look for, is there any old abandoned 1A key equipment still on the lines, I had a similar problem a few years back at a business that installed 4 line phones in place of their old 1A2, but the Embarq tech only cut the ends off of the old amphenol cables and installed two rj14s...

Thanks in advance
Sorry if this subject was explained before, but I cant seem to access the search feature on this forum.
I have a customer with five Magix systems each independent from the other. they would like to network all the sites, but you can only network three of the Magix systems. I was thinking...
I remember reading somewhere in this (i believe)forum that the legend was successfully tied in to an Asterisk box, I also remember seeing the configuration set for fxs on the DS1 in theory this should work on a channel bank as well. I may have to install a legend at the far end and network the...
