We have the bricks level backup working. we have make 5 jobs with some time between the jobs to start, in every backup-job we select 3 mailboxes. Then de backup complete succesfuly (5 times). When we select all mailboxes a the same time the job is going to crash. Tom

Hello, I had the same problem. Check the registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\ARCserveIT\DSAgent\CurrentVersion\agent\dbaxchg2] Dword UseTCP = 0 My registry did not have this setting for the dbaxchg2. I have add it and the brickslevel backup goes well now. Tom
