    Caller Id Nortel m8x24-ds with callpilot 150

    I'm looking into adding caller id support to our phone system, an 8x24, using a nt8b88fb module. I also use a callpilot 150's auto-attendant and a ccr tree. Before I buy a nt8b88fb, i was wondering if there are any other considertations, problems, incompatabilities i should worry about? Thanks!

    I've given that last suggestion a try and it worked np :), now my next question is, if I dial the person's extension, and they do not answer, can I have another menu prompt the caller to leave a voice mail, transfer to receptionist, or say return to my ccr tree? Thanks for the help :)

    Yeah its working fine, I've figured out how to leave voicemails, and have it answer the phone and stuff, greetings recorded, it all seems good, I'd just wanted to have the option of dialing an extension directly if the person calling knew it.
