Thanks for the reply guys, BrokenRecord2 I never see the job in the scheduler, the backup I am referring to is launched from the main OTM Navigator screen under utilities, then backup, when I run this OTM full backup can this be automated.
I can right click on the report and choose run now and it prints fine, but the schedule report doesn't print, report listener is running on the taskbar, any ideas on what might be causing this?
Dancingdave, thanks for the response, no ip phones on our office side, we are cable internet provider and we will offer our customer voip service via cable internet in their homes. Our customer service agents will use digital phone to answer questions about our VOIP service.
Milesprower, thanks for your response, we are going to hire someone to script this for us, I just wanted to make sure I knew the steps that it would take to accomplish this; again thanks for your response I have a better understanding now!!!
Could someone layout the steps I would follow to create a new skillset for our call center? We are about to launch VOIP for our customers and I need another skillset to handle VOIP calls, we have a Call pilot menu system, we would add another option for callers to choose VOIP, then this call...
LOL, those are all very good suggestions, I will pass this along to his supervisor. Seriouly though, if understand all I have read correctly, the only option is the not ready reason codes, or is there a time period where the agent will be logged off?
I have read a couple of threads on whether or not it was possible to to have a "not ready timeout period", meaning if a agent was in the not ready state for a period time if they could be auto logged out. From what I have read this doesn't seem possible. We had an agent who was logged on in not...
The caller calls our tech support number, if all agents are busy they here a msg saying all techs are busy and they are given an option to leave a msg by pressing two, this option comes off of a call pilot vm item. Does Symposium treat this call as abandon? How is it counted since they are...

I wanted to thank you all for your responses. We are currently using the Symposium/Callpilot minus the ivr ports, I was going to go that route but I thought there might be a better product out there. We have about 20 agents now and with deployment of voip for our customers that number will grow...
I am in the process of looking at different vendors for a complete and total call center solutions for our tech support/customer service business department, I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. We need to be able to record calls, reporting, outbound campaigns and etc. Any help would...
