Could someone tell me if there is a way to automate the OTM backup, can I do this via the scheduler or some other way?

Anything can be automatic if what ever your doing goes through the scheduler. When you see the job in scedule just pause it and right click it and change the frequancy.

Thanks for the reply guys, BrokenRecord2 I never see the job in the scheduler, the backup I am referring to is launched from the main OTM Navigator screen under utilities, then backup, when I run this OTM full backup can this be automated.

A full OTM backup purely consists of adding the all the files in the OTM directory to a zip file. This is easily scripted into a batch file and scheduled.

Remember before you do a backup though, to a compact and repair for each site, you will have to do that manually.

I have a customer using OTM to make phone changes to an Option 81 thru a network hub.One day he has good connectivity and the next he dosen't? Could there be a problem with one of the cores?
