Indeed they do fall in that range. I didn't realize that it was a range between the 2 serials in TB91 - thought that they only included those starting with those digits - i.e. 07N543.

Thanks for the clarification. Each of the phones has their own port. They simply don't upgrade. They cycle around and around saying Waiting for Firmware download. They don't work in a port that has worked for another phone's successful upgrade, even after a reboot. They just don't do anything...

Is it possible to transfer to an external number from a touch-tone in an Auto Attendant? I can't seem to find out how (short of call forwarding an extension and transfering to that from the Auto Attendant touch-tone). Is this basic feature missing, or am I missing something?!

I've seen this after the DST patch was loaded in Windows XP. Customer had a couple of computers that were'nt touched by the patch and they worked fine. Maybe try it on a couple of PCs to see if the problem is with that particular machine.
CCC Reporter - how to NOT show specific extensions?
All extension with any data seem to appear in Agent Detail. Is there any way to stop this from happening? I'd like to select certain people to not appear in the reports. Any settings in Manager that would exclude these users?
In CC Reporting (not CCView) all extensions and lines show up for reports such as agent detail. Is there a way of limiting this data to only certain users (i.e. just the call centre agents)? Any help would be appreciated!
