Another CCC Reporting Error

When running any report, I get the following error:

Error in file C:\\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\Reporting\reports(Report Name).rpt:
The request could not be submitted for background processing.

Any ideas?

I've seen this after the DST patch was loaded in Windows XP. Customer had a couple of computers that were'nt touched by the patch and they worked fine. Maybe try it on a couple of PCs to see if the problem is with that particular machine.
