Alright, it would actually be our database server, and backups. we're kind of reconfiguring our layout so i'm deciding what to put where, but at this point it looks like it would have at least a gig if not more of ram, dual 866's. Any guesstimates?

netdom query fsmo is setup correctly and is accessible, so that's not it...
One thing that may throw me for a loop would be the user account...i'm thinking that maybe the previous administrator used his account rather than administrator to install exchange..maybe we still have his account open...
