Yes we dial a 9 But I just using it for people in house right now and have tried their ext. and DID number and with no luck. Yes I can dial into the conference fine from our phones.- aaronper

Anyone using the Web CONFERENCING CENTER? I am seting up a conference and it will emial the user I just can not seem to get it to VCN(call) the users. It is running on windowsXP pro(SP2) with the firewall off and running all hooked up in the same switch not going to the outside world yet. The...- aaronper

Phone Manager on laptop (Notebook)

Message button on 5410 & 5420 phones ?
Why is it when a User pics up the phone to get messages they have to press the message button twice to get into VMS? thanks- aaronper
