Web CONFERENCING CENTER

Anyone using the Web CONFERENCING CENTER? I am seting up a conference and it will emial the user I just can not seem to get it to VCN(call) the users.
It is running on windowsXP pro(SP2) with the firewall off and running all hooked up in the same switch not going to the outside world yet. The unit is IP412 with 5410 and 5420 phones. any help would be great thanks

What version of Conf Centre? I think the current is .10 - I'm sure I had a problem with VCN on the earlier version, and upgrading to .10 sorted it.

works fine this end - you have VM Pro? Can you log into the conference OK manually?

Try rebooting the server that the Conferencing Centre is on - I just had to do that as it wasn't VCNing...

Stupid question, but do you have a 9 or whatever you use to dial outbound?

Yes we dial a 9 But I just using it for people in house right now and have tried their ext. and DID number and with no luck.

Yes I can dial into the conference fine from our phones.

Check the Conference center service is logging on with the correct user/password
