Well thanks for your help and all three replies were helpful. GHTROUT, the customer did forget there password. The new user and password were created in UCM but could not change it while logged into the elan of the SS. Changed to Tlan and was than prompted to change password as Triton101...

The user that was created at install can no longer login to the PBx Rls 6. I have outed and reinstalled in UCM and still same issue. Getting an ovl428 as well. Has any one had this same issue. Thanks
