    Thanks for the reply, yes it ended up being the cable "cross-over" but i have rewired it now so its working fine.

    Hi, I have 3 computers on the router 2 wired and 1 wireless. I am changing them all to wired but i cant get the 3rd computer to work at all I have tryed the onboard lan and a seperate NIC but it always says the cable is unplugged I have tryed diferent ports on the router and it didnt work also...

    Try seeing what xxgina.dll files are in the c:\winnt\system32 subdirs, rename all but msgina.dll to something like xxgina.old, and try rebooting. If that doesn't work, copy msgina.dll to whatever xxgina.dll was. i.e. look for something like hpgina.dll, and then rename it to hpgina.old, and see...
