I have a laptop which was formatted with 2 partitions under W98SE. C is 2GB the other D has 4GB. This is not too much.

sorry this option "run as" is not available on my win2K system. At home it is available on my XP pro system. Is there a way to activate it on win2k?
I have the exact same problem. And I tried to give the administrator rights to the user. This is not sufficient to be able to install. The only way seems to BE the administrator and install but it is not possible and too risked for us. If anybody has a solution....?
