I need to retrieve some text docs off of a 15 year old 5 1/4 inch floppy, written in Bank Street Writer on an Apple IIC. I would like to convert the file to a MS Word document that I can read on a modern computer. Any ideas?

I just initialized the hard drive on my b/w G3, and reinstalled OS 9.1 from a CD. When I tried to download OS 9.2 from Apple's website, I got a message that the download failed due to an error of type -127. What do I do now?
I'm getting type 3 error messages when I open MS Word and Powerpoint, on my Mac B/W G3. If I restart the machine, I can open those two programs for about the next 30 minutes or so, then I get the same problem if I relaunch the app or open a new document. I've allocated 20 megs RAM to MS Word...
