    I was wondering how to make it so the user can only dial 4 digit calls. CS1000 recently upgraded from Option 11 See this i2004 is setup in a doorway where anybody off the street could make a call. But when a visitor comes in, they call the tenant and the tenant lets them in the second set of doors.

    I have been using OTM for about 4 years or so. We just upgraded our Option 11 to VOIP, I believe that makes is a CS1000. Last week our vender came out and ran some patches. I tried to log into the stand alond client computer and the admin password that I have been using this whole time, now says...
