I have been using OTM for about 4 years or so. We just upgraded our Option 11 to VOIP, I believe that makes is a CS1000. Last week our vender came out and ran some patches.
I tried to log into the stand alond client computer and the admin password that I have been using this whole time, now says it is expired. Since I cannot get into OTM (ver 2.2) and manage the users, I dont know what to do.
This is either my first or second post so if I havnt given the correct info, I apoligize.
My expierence with the PBX (other than OTM) is adds, moves, changes.
