How do I setup 2 mailboxes on one DN?
I have a CS1000, with Call Pilot 4
Do I have to use App Builder or can this be done just through CP? I can never remember the steps for App Builder

Depends on how you want to accomplish this. Do you want to route based on time of day or what?

No, when the phone rings and nobody answers, I would like the choice of who's mailbox to leave the message in
The more I type the more I think I have to do app. builder

Yes, a application that has press 1 for jack, or 2 for jill. Pretty quick and easy though!
