If you have Brio 6.6.x you can use JavaScript to assign new values to Report Objects (Fields). I have done quite a bit of this.

Is Decode for 'MCO' in the Query or Results Section? If Query what Database? If results have you looked at Switch Case?

In each report section set the Page Setup as you want it to print then save the document. This should preference should hold when you use the following:
ActiveDocument.Sections["REPORT"].PrintOut(false)
