Got a user having issues with an all day recurring appointment. The appointments will randomly get wiped from the BB & outlook. Have a had a good search around the & found a couple of threads stating that this is some form of known issue in 3.6. Anyone heard of this or got any more info??

found it...was a reg key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer delete the key called "NoFind" Cheers anyway

Sorry I think you misunderstand the question. In Explorer (NOT Internet explorer) they are unable to search. The search button is there but nothing happens when clicked.

For some reason (that nobody at my place knows!!) the Explorer Search is disabled, the button is there but nothing happens when clicked. I am guessing this is some kind of registry amendment but struggling to find an answer anwhere??

Does anyone know of a utility that lets you convert one of the newer PST files to an Outlook 2000 PST. I realise that it can be done maually by copying the folders to an old style PST but we have several 100 new style PST to go through

dont seem to have a folder icon next to any of the filed messages. I have also played with the hide filed messages option on the blackberry

When I or my users move an email from inbox to PST it stays on the blackberry. Is there anyway for emails to disappear from the blackberry once moved on the desktop?

Hi..as in the message really, we are converting from GW5.5 to exchange 2000 & once done we have 2 files the PST & a Password file..But the password in the file does not work with the PST! Anyone seen this before?
