If you are using Exchange 5.5:
go and open Exchange Admin
click on
org/site/configuration/servers/servername
then click on
private information store
then
mailbox resources
click on edit/select all
click on file/save windows content
once save you can open in excel.
I agree with FilthPig. Usually AOL will send an email to the postmaster informing them of the possible black listing. They give you so many days to correct the open relay problem.

which cause the NDR to be created since the Exchange 2000 server couldn't confirm where the email was coming from.
The best thing to do is to talk to the person who is the DNS admin for your site...
