You have to port the application to the Compaq platform. Usually, these applications are platform dependant, i.e, they were compiled for a specific hardware/os.
You can compile ssh with gcc. You just need to do something like...

Also check your path and such.
You also need to install the bootblocks on the new drive by running 'installboot', see the manpage for details on the command. After that, you can shutdown to the prom level, change the boot device to the new disk, then boot the system. If everything goes well, you can remove the original boot...
Dr. Watson reported access violation (c0000005)for couple of applications on my system. How do I track the culprit file(s)? I tried to use Filemon but it bogged down my system and I had to kill it. Is there an easy way to analyze the dump/stack trace captured by Dr. Watson?
