Easiest way to move an entire sheet to another workbook - display the two workbooks so you can see both and drag the tab of the sheet you want over to the other workbook. Hold down Ctrl while you do it if you want a copy (rather than moving it entirely).

I don't know about "the answer" [wink] but where it's a document that I've full control (ie it's not being used by a user somewhere) I change the font size of the offending extra line to 1. It's also good for keeping a document down the right number of pages when a table is right on the margin...

I think the formula you want is concatenate, for instance: =CONCATENATE(A1, ", ", A2 ", ", A3 ", ", A4) would produce 10, 2, 3, 4 if your numbers were in A1 to A4. HTH BerylM
