Brighstor v9.01 with all the patches and a Netware 6 SP4 server backing up

I have recently installed the patch QO53395 and it's now giving me grief with the restore by session option (i.e. it is 'nt showing the entire directory structure) hence i'm looking to remove this patch does anyone know how to remove it?

I downloaded the SP from the Pervasive web site but when i apply it it tells me that it is already applied. That said i applied it anyway, restarted the server and again when i looked at the btrieve module datestamp the date is still March 21 and the version is still showing up as 7.90 so I am...
I've installed Brightstor v9 and then applied the upgrade to 9.01 patch to a test server. When I first installed the product I ticked the box to upgrade the NLM to v7.94. Rebotted the server, applied the patch.
When i check the module (modules btrieve) it comes back with a date of 21 March...
I've checked the version of BTrieve running on the server and it's v7.90. When I installed Brightstor v9 i checked the box for it to upgrade to v7.94 and it did indeed install btrieve v7.94.

I was wondering if someone could help, I recently installed the upgrade patch QO45869 which upgraded from BrightStor 9 to Brightstor 9.01 and now i'm getting BTRV errors for astape.db and astpses.db to name but 2 of them.
I've tweaked the BTI.cfg file so that at least 20% of the available...
The database is brand new, so when the job starts it's 2MB. When the job finishes the databsae summary has the size at 14MB. The amount of memory in the server is 256MB .

I've changed the settings to the same as those shown in document 10133 and i'm still getting the same problem! (I set the cache size to be 16384 as described)

Sorry, I should have said it's Arcserve 7 clients on both the NetWare 5.1 and 6 servers. We haven't yet upgraded the Arcserve server to Netware 6, apparently that wil be done later. The volumes on the upgraded servers are traditional NetWare volumes.
