This problem has been solved ! The reason is that the cable I used can't receive any words in Cisco sys,not as other type of routes.I changed it for another HUAWEI cable,it's OK! -

Thank you for your reply,burtsbees! First,I'm sure that the settings I have done was correct(as:9600-8-none-1-none),the 5300 and PC were connected with a good rollover cable as you said,I think ,if the cable was bad,some IOS information couldn't show ,at last,they should be some wrong words... -
