Hi there I did a test myself but if you save an ID document as an EPS and open it in Illustrator I found that the spot colours are stil there! You can also test this in ID when you import the EPS into a new document you will find that the spot colours are added to your swatch pallette

for the best result you might want to considder using photoshop or other image editing program, so you can open your images convert them to CMYK or RGB,check the quality then save. After you've done this you can place them in indesign as matthew suggested.

I tested the libary/Place-Item, but all labels contain full colour Images, logo's and txt, because of this layered structure and large amounts of pages I find it hard to use the libary in a relative fast way. But thanks for the responce and if you have more Ideas please...
