I´m having a problem: when I make an output to EPS files of a job with only spot colors, it doesn´t make the separations in pantones, but in CMYK. How do I solve this problem?

Thank you

Joao

I have a question, why are you making the output an eps? Are you sending it to be printed? What are you doing with it?

Hello Ivixen

It´s for press output magazine.

Hi there I did a test myself but if you save an ID document as an EPS and open it in Illustrator I found that the spot colours are stil there! You can also test this in ID when you import the EPS into a new document you will find that the spot colours are added to your swatch pallette

Flo.
