Well before I get flamed, I think I need to revise what I actually meant.
I know that a one license version can't be placed on all ten machines. What I really meant to ask was if there is volume pricing for 10 and will I just need one key for the 10 installations?
Hi guys,
I administer a small network of about 10 people and am looking at upgrading our office installation. If I buy the 2007 Pro, how may machines can I install that on? I'm a little confused by how it works. Do I need to buy 10 copies at $499 a peice or can I buy one and install on 10...
Hi Guys,
I have a decommissioned server that had W2K3 Server SP2 on it and want to do a clean install of W2K3 Server from the original OS CD. The server has raid 1 setup but for the life of me I can't get the server to boot from the cd drive at all.
The work around is to try and run the...
Thanks for the help. I have the current 18D's set up so the first eight buttons are for phone lines and then the other buttons are for extensions, music, voice mail, etc. That would mean no-one with a 18D could answer line 9? I could well be wrong but thats what I thought...
Hi Guys,
I'm looking for advice please.
I've got a Partner ACS R6 with a Partner Messaging module and two 308's in a 5 slot carrier with a remote access card. I have eight incoming voice lines, one fax and twelve extensions. The extensions are a mix of four 34D's and eight 18D's.

Hi Guys,

I would like to add another 160GB HD in a Raid1 config using the embedded raid controller.

Hi Guys,
Even though I'm not a professional, I manage a small network at work. I have 12 xp sp2 workstations, an exchange server (EX2K3 sp2 on W2K3 Server), a W2K3 file server, a Fedora Core 5 web server networked to the AD with SAMBA and an older server that I have dubbed a backup.
I...
I would suggest you remove the account entirely from Outlook and then add it back as a new one.
As Spirit said, try to send a mail to that user from a hotmail account and see if you get an NDR. If so, post it here. If not, then read on.
If everything is correct, then you may want to consider...
Hello All,
I have a question about using sendmail 8.13.5. Our primary mail server is an exchange 2003 server (mail1.mydomain.com MX Priority 10) and our backup server is a *nix with sendmail (mail2.mydomain.com MX Priority 50). The idea is to have a simple process in place should the exchange...
LOL. Well, it has worked in the past but it is hit and miss to get the damn thing connected. It is very easy to use the software but I can't believe that a company like AT&T, Lucent, Avaya would let the status quo stay this way.
It is crazy to have something that does not work on 90% of units...
Thanks for the reply.
Does anyone have more details on the external modem suggestion. If I could just administer the ACS using the ACS software without the connection problems, I would be very happy.
Thanks.
Hello All,
I currently have a partner messaging ACS R6 with a couple of 308EC and a Partner Messaging R1 in a 5 slot carrier.
My biggest problem is that I have a tremendous amount of difficulty administering the system from the telephone set at ext 10/11. It has nothing to do with the system...
Hi All,
We've just upgraded our exchange server and while all looked ok, we've run into a problem and can't find the solution except to try and repair the instalation. Here is the situation.
We need to add an SMTP connector to Exchange in order to remove queue items (from a reverse NDR...
Hi Guys,
We have a small network that consists of a dozen or so workstations with a mix of XP Pro and W2K Pro. We have a file server (Server 2003) and an exchange server (2003 o/s and exchange) and finally an old server (with 2003 server) that I like to call my backup server. I have ntbackup do...
Well how dumb do you think I feel now? I'm so caught up in WAV formats and Khz that I totally missed the ball!
Thanks for the advice Hal. It true what they say about things old fashioned. They always come back into style...
Thanks to all for the input.
