    Routing DID To Other System

I just checked it now, Site B public received # length is 7. In case it might be part of the issue, I also have a listing for Public Network DN Lengths, where the DN prefix is 6 and the DN length is 11. I thought this might be an issue because the DID we have is in the area code 647 (DID #...

    Routing DID To Other System

It is unfortunately a valid statement. With this setup I do not see the DID call appear at Site B; however if I remove the dest code and attach the DID to a line & DN it rings through just fine.

    Routing DID To Other System

I must be entirely missing something simple... I've added the remote package and assigned it to the VoIP pool and have added the last 4 digits to the IP trunk route. Here's what I have set, maybe you can see something I've skipped? Site A (BCM450, Ext 1xxx) * Target extension is on this...

    Routing DID To Other System

Thanks a ton SD. So far no dice, however on Site A I couldn't set the 7 digit received # as it would only accept 4. I set it to the last 4 digits, then on Site A set the dest code to the full 7 digits and absorb 3. When I call the DID now it just keeps ringing and I don't see the call show up...

    Routing DID To Other System

I have a user at Site B (BCM50) who is moving to Site A (BCM450), who also has a DID tied to her extension at Site B. Since both sites are in different area codes I can't move the DID, and need to redirect any calls to the DID across our VoIP trunk to her new extension at Site A. I've done...

Accessing BCM450 PRI from BCM50 via IP Trunk

Awesome, works like a charm! Thanks so much!

Accessing BCM450 PRI from BCM50 via IP Trunk

OK it seems the more I post the closer I get... I updated the BCM50 IP Trunk to include "1 6 9", and now I can dial an external number through the BCM450 PRI by dialing 69 + the outside 10 digit number. So only one thing remains, hopefully someone might have a pointer here... Is there any way...

Accessing BCM450 PRI from BCM50 via IP Trunk

I just found another post, I added a public network dialing plan prefix for "6", which is 12 digits on the BCM50. Now the calls go out to the BCM450 and does not truncate the last digit of the external number. However, the receptionist still picks up the call... It looks like the BCM50 is...

Accessing BCM450 PRI from BCM50 via IP Trunk

I finally just got back to this location to try a few things out... I have changed the destination code for "6" on the BCM50 system to "Public (Unknown)" (which is the only public option in the dropdown), and also updated the IP trunk on the BCM50 to include destination digits 1 & 6 (1 is the...

Accessing BCM450 PRI from BCM50 via IP Trunk

I think I am close, but am getting "no destination" message when trying to dial. I think I have the destination code and/or routing set up incorrectly. Do I have to set up another IP trunk route on the BCM50 with a different destination digit? Currently the BCM50 has 1 route with "1" as the...

Accessing BCM450 PRI from BCM50 via IP Trunk

I was hoping someone might be able to point me to a guide on this, as I'm not fully comfortable with routing on the BCM. I have a BCM450 with a PRI connected with a VoIP GW trunk to a BCM50. Each system is currently configured to route calls between each other internally, here is the general...

BCM450 & 50 Trunked, VPN IP Phone Problem

I could really use some tips or technical ideas on this one. I'm currently waiting for our service provider to come up with answers on this but so far they have no idea. Here's the basics of our setup: Site #1: BCM450 & Linksys RV082 VPN Gateway - Local digital handsets - 1 IP handset via...

    MICS R1T1: Adding VOIP line?

Ok, I think I've found the wires, when I get a chance to I'll punch in a standard handset to confirm that it is dead before going any further. My end goal is to have the vonage lines used only for outgoing long distance (NA & Europe). Can this be done by routing or will I have to restrict LD...

    MICS R1T1: Adding VOIP line?

Ok so far so good. I found two blocks as per your description, one with 8 lines and one with 4 (I assume this would correspond with the 4+4 lines reported on TM2 and 4 lines on TM8). I'm going to try and trace each of these 12 lines back to the demarc to find which one is the 12th line that is...

    MICS R1T1: Adding VOIP line?

I've been doing alot of digging on this site, and through google and have found that some people have successfully added a VOIP line to their MICS. I'd like to jump on the bandwagon! I have an R1T1 with 11 external lines at the moment, and would like to get a Vonage line for #12 (good for...

    Proliant 3000 RAID Controllers

Thanks for the extra info, but it seems for every answer, there is another question... I've taken the cage out and found the duplex connectors, and there is a board on it that is labelled "Duplex Terminator" and has a 68 pin connector on the back of it. From the info and pictures I've found...

    Proliant 3000 RAID Controllers

Excellent, thanks for the info summitpcguy. Just one other question however, now that I have the card I notice it only has one 68 pin connector on it, and the drive cages in the 3000 are separated into two cables A/B with 4 drives each. Is there a method for connecting both cages to the 3200...

    Proliant 3000 RAID Controllers

I've been searching and have not found a decent answer on this one, hoping someone can help. I've got a Proliant 3000 tower that does not have a RAID controller, and from the documentation it supports the 2DH & 2SL controllers... Can this machine support any other compaq RAID controllers...

Proliant 3000 No Post No Fans

I just went through the same stuff with a 3000 yesterday, and after much tinkering it is up and running.... Here are some tips for you to try out, I'm not sure if any of these were the cause of my problem but after going through them it is running great now! - Ensure the processor card (if...
