    <B> Inserting New Records </B>

Cheers, I know what you mean about the date - it seems easier that way. As for inserting the records, I have tried to write the ASP code for this so that it takes the contents of a form and enters it into the DBase. I have some code but there are too many ASP errors. I'm sure that there is...

    Playing MPGs

That sounds great. How much video can it take in the HTML? Where did you get the codecs from...I have been looking everywhere as I have the same problem. The video runs on the machine that it is created on (as it uses that codec) but not on any other. Tim

    Playing MPGs

I've not yet seen any information on how to do this. At the moment I am creating an intranet that allows a user to open a movie by linking it to the page. These videos are only seconds long so wouldn't be useful for your own application. I don't really know of anything else really..sorry Tim

    Playing MPGs

Hey, I would say that Director is the best way of doing this. It looks alot more professional and there is alot more that can be done with it. Why does it have to be in mpeg format or will a standard application do? What exactly do you want to do with the movie?

    Intranet using Dreamweaver

Hi, I think that I have sorted the problem, I trashed the PC and re-installed Windows 2000 (but this time with Server). I used 2000 professional before which I think caused the logon requirement. With 2000 Server and IIS there are more options when setting up the intranet. Currently I have a...
