Lately my backup/restore jobs won't do anything. They just sit there counting the elapsed time. They won't fail, and the don't backup/restore anything.
Anyone have the same problem, or know the cause and fix?

Everytime I call the error in they send me a new drive. But that only works for a short time.
I keep getting this error on my backups. Every time I call them about it they just replace the drive. But, the problem comes back. I think it might be a different hardware problem. Anyone know anything that will help?
