I am haveing the same problem. If anyone can figure this one out. Please email me @dannelsfb@mfp.usmc.mil

Everytime I call the error in they send me a new drive. But that only works for a short time.

When we had this error come up, we did have a bad tape drive.

Eventually, this error came back again, but we knew it was too early for the drive to be replaced. We swapped tapes out and it worked fine.

Have you tried swapping out the media for newer media?

Check the foloowing

- There are no hardware issues and Drives are healthy
- Clean the drives Twice!
- re-run the Job
