I have recently become a Notes user. In other words, I don't know squat about Notes. The problem I'm having is when I open certain emails, I get the message "Cannot Locate Form: NewMemo." I believe I only get it on internal messages, not Internet messages. How can I fix this? Thanks.
Sorry to be nitpicky but while I agree with gbiello, I might be inclined to clear the ARP cache on the outside router rather than reboot it. Clearing the xlate would be fine but if it were a production box I'd just clear the xlate for the local address.
Actually you don't need split tunneling to access the Internet while tunneling but thanks for the response anyway. I solved the problem by rebooting the concentrator.
Thanks for the response. Actually, I'm not using Split-Tunneling and do not want to. The client wants to tunnel everything and provide Internet access through his network.
I was able to fix the problem though. I rebooted it and everything is fine now. Go figure!
I installed a Cisco VPN Concentrator 3005 at a customer site and set it to tunnel everything. Internet access is provided via a separate PIX. For some reason I can't figure out, Internet access for the VPN users isn't working anymore.
The PIX and 3005 are installed parallel to each other...
Note: This isn't a PIX question but I hope someone can answer it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks JavaDude,
After I posted I checked HP's site and noticed that I can use the restore CD to overwrite the OS as opposed to formatting the disk and starting from scratch.
Although, upon further inspection, I've made another dumb mistake. I assumed my brother-in-law used virus protection...
I am trying to get my brother-in-law's HP Pavillion working as he was having all kinds of trouble booting and shutting it down.
Specifically, nearly every time it booted the message "A required .DLL file, WKSGEN.DLL was not found" and then would lock up requiring a hard boot...
The PIX automatically adds that route to identify that the network 63.27.159.112/28 exists on the outside interface. You cannot delete it.

My guess is your PIX is fine but it would be simple to check it out by removing the PIX for a day or two and check your download speeds without it. If your speeds improve significantly then it's time to look at the PIX. If not, you might want to talk to your cable company.
My experience is...
You've probably already figured this out but, if not, since I'm unemployed and bored, I'll answer it anyway. I assume you're using a PIX, the DMZ you mentioned is connected to the PIX, the server has a private IP address that is translated to the address DNS resolves to and that your clients...
It would help to understand how it was working before you installed the PIX but I'll take a shot at it anyway.
How many public addresses did your provider give you?
If it's like my provider there is only one address. If that's the case I don't think you can do what you describe with the PIX...
Has anyone done this? Cisco has an example of a C3000 to IOS where the router uses DHCP for it's "outside" interface but they don't seem to have one for the PIX that I can find. IPSEC causes me a great amount of mental stress but I'm sure I'll get it working. That said, I'd much...
My client would like to buy PIX book that includes PDM information. While PDM is very intuitive, the PIX and firewalls are new to my client and she wants a book to help her out. I am unable to find any information on PDM anywhere. Does anyone know of a good book?
