it ALL went wrong as I uploaded..........

dear all, am rather frustrated. Just copied my site onto the server. Possibly made the mistake of moving the database first (access) as it was already on the server. Now my local site is not working, despite having not made any changes, except the above (i put the db back after!), and making...

i give up- why won't my pages scroll down?

i've created several tables, all of which are bigger than the browser window. However, there's no scroll option on the page. I've used a template instead of frames, so how can I get the pages to scroll? thanks, neil

creating cash forecast with ms access query

thanks. the id is yes, to identify the particular invoice, I will probably add names etc later, but the db will ask for some unique key, so for now it's simply an autonumber, ID. still not sure I understand how to go abou this. going back to my original table, 1 26/2/2002 +5000 2 27/02/2002...

two issues, 1 uploading to remote site

dear all, now that I've finally solved my page update problems, I have two current issues that need sorting to be able to create my application. Firstly, I'm using a template for every page, as I find it simpler, and as good as, frames. When I upload to the remote site, what is the best way of...

    update form STILL causing problems!

greetings. Further to my earlier mail, i still haven't grasped this simple operation! Currently, no matter HOW I put together the form, the new data is inserted into the first recordL. It's a simple table - id, name, news (this is what's being updated) and a hidden date field. all help very...

simple update form- it's confusing me!

I'm getting a data mismatch problem. I assume it's the date. The access db is set up with a short date format, and an input mask. is this why the update won't work?? thanks, neil Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E07) [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Data type...
