I'm not sure to understand what you want to do, but I guess you want to query the AC database inside a mapping to retrieve a record, and determine the mapping action from this record. What version of TEC do you have ? Are you trying to execute send2cit from a TEC rule or directly from a shell ? Normally, Java stuff is provided when installing TEC, and all is correctly set to call Java from a TEC rule. You also may set the JAVAHOME env var to points to your jre home...- reno78
