Using CR/CE 10, is there any way to format a number as a percent (other than putting the field in a text box and then putting a % sign after it). Am I totally missing something? This seems like a pretty basic, common format that I would think would be used by a lot of people. Thanks, Mark

I'll dig in to that and see what I can find. One other thing that I neglected to mention is that if the hyperlink is to something outside of Crystal, then the both I and the other user can successfully access it.

They can run it directly from CE. You mentioned 2 things to try, am I missing 1?

That's what I'd do too. Check your fields first with the ISNULL function
