Formatting a Percent

Using CR/CE 10, is there any way to format a number as a percent (other than putting the field in a text box and then putting a % sign after it).

Am I totally missing something? This seems like a pretty basic, common format that I would think would be used by a lot of people.

Select the number and then click on the "%" icon in the toolbar.
