Will Norton Ghost make a drive image?
Norton Ghost will backup the entire hard drisk or partition. Make sure your hard drive pin configuration is the same. Backup from PC to Exchange server
if posssible but maybe setup a ftp site where user put the db and backup the ftp site. Have a script copy the file from the ftp site to a location where you can backup the DB. I would not recommend to do this on an exchange server.- gsxr600k1

External or removable Hard drive?
Offsite backup are mostly on tapes b/c hard drives tend to have failure if they are move around alot. B/U to a harddrive is only for fast backup and recovery. But this is only one person opinion.- gsxr600k1
