    Hi, How does one lock everything down so the the user can only interact with the forms of the system and have no other access to tool bars including the bare minimum. This is so that the system is tight disabling the user from doing anything outside of what should be accessible for the enduser.

    Have looked at data entry it was set to yes, I set it to no selected another form, came back to the changed form and data was there. (please note these are unbound forms).

    this bit of additional info may help. The mainform that the subforms sit in does not show any data appart from have a number of buttons to call each of the subforms.

    The foms used are all unbound. I use ADO to enter data into the tables. This works fine on the individual forms. As soon as I use the same forms as subforms I cannot enter data into the text boxes.
