    Upgrade tools can be reused. No issues. I wouldn't do a forklift on HD's. The software on a NAM upgrade can be reused but you will require an upgrade keycode

    A CTA 100 does the same as an SMDR and it also gives the user the ability to have a call productivity suite. Free on the CD provided. This add-on software alllows call mgmt control on tapi compliant programs. (ACT! - Outlook)If you were to use an SMDR make sure it is the latest version (SMDR6)

    Problem with Parking Calls on MICS

    What level of software are you working with. What is the working issue or SP number (i.e) 6.1 software v6.01. There is a known issue with Call park with the above version and you would need to upgrade to DR 6.1 v6.10. This is a free upgrade from Nortel.
