BCM 3.5 call center

I have 3 BCM's networked together all using voicemail from 1 location. Customer is wanting to assign a particular person as an agent at a dfferent location than where the VM is ran from and from where all the other agents are. Is this possible? They do 4 digit dialing between all three sites so I figured it wouldn't matter.

First upgrade from 3.5 to BCM 3.6 Much better call Center capability.

You can...but you need to use an IP set, I 2000 series phone. Not sure of the Nortel branded Netlink sets though.
